Terms of Use

Effective date: July 7, 2026 · Applies to the Octopus Questions iOS app

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and OctoPanther LLC ("we," "us"), a North Dakota limited liability company. By downloading or using the Octopus Questions app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms.

What the App is

The App is a collection of conversation question cards organized into themed packs. A small sample of cards is available for free; the full library unlocks with an auto-renewing subscription.

Subscriptions

• The App offers an auto-renewable weekly subscription. Current pricing and any free-trial terms are shown in the App before you subscribe.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of a free trial if one is offered and not cancelled.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Age requirement

The App is intended for users aged 17 and up. Some packs contain mature (non-explicit) themes intended for adult social settings. Do not use the App if you are under 17.

Using the App responsibly

The question cards are prompts for social conversation. You and your group decide what to ask, answer, or skip. Use judgment about which packs suit which company, and be kind. We are not responsible for the outcomes of conversations the App may spark — including, but not limited to, revelations at family dinners.

Our content

The App's content — including question text, design, and branding — belongs to OctoPanther LLC. You may share individual cards socially (that's what the share button is for), but you may not copy, scrape, resell, or republish the card library in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoPanther LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Apple's standard EULA

To the extent not covered by these Terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
